About Nicholas A. David, Esq.
Nicholas A. David, Esq. is the founder of Acacia Elder Law & Estate Planning, PLLC. He advises individuals and families in Palm Beach County, the Treasure Coast, and throughout Florida in matters involving estate planning, probate, guardianship, elder law, Medicaid planning, trust administration, and incapacity planning.
Nicholas built the firm around personal attention, clear communication, and practical solutions. He understands that clients often come to an attorney during stressful moments: after a loved one has died, when an aging parent needs help, when family members disagree, or when there is uncertainty about who has legal authority.
His approach is educational and client-centered. He takes the time to explain the legal process, identify realistic options, and help families choose a path that fits their circumstances.
Nicholas graduated magna cum laude from St. Thomas University College of Law and is a member of The Florida Bar, including the Elder Law Section, the Real Property, Probate & Trust Law Section, and the Solo & Small Firm Section.
